On the real though, this guy has been one of the most consistent disco house producers in the scene. Once a duo, but now the reigns have been taken by Vito and he’s holding his own quite well. The other guy split off and formed The Magician…you may have heard of him. Vito’s remixes and mixes are something we always can count on to be extremely special. Now we get to see him in the snow on the beautiful lands of Tahoe!

Back in 2008, Mac Stanton started So French Records. Just last year, he (rightfully) earned heaps of Internet attention with his smash remix of “Lose Yourself to Dance.” Since then, he’s engineered incredible remixes of Danger, Kavinsky, Soul Machine, and the like. We here at C+A+D revel in french disco, therefore it was only natural for us to reach out. He blessed us with an exclusive mixtape. 11 tracks, 50 minutes of Mac Stanton’s unmistakable “ow ow ow.”

Ever since Terence put Cherokee on the backburner, he’s consistently given French House aficionados music to drool over. It was seemingly yesterday that we celebrated USA…and now we’re already upon Christmas. Or so it would seem. There might not be snow falling from the sky (like there ever is in Long Beach anyway), but that doesn’t mean you can’t break out your Santa hats for another round of themed triple-decker boat fun and sunset sprays this coming July 26th.

The jolly tunes this time will be provided by Summertime staple Viceroy, the always lovely Jessie Andrews, GDD residents Bones and Troy Kurtz, Wilks and more primo talent we’ve seen making waves in the LA scene. One special addition (it’s quite a present indeed) to this installment is the after party aboard the Queen Mary. From past experience, nobody is quite ready for the night to end once docked.
