And earlier today, they let us know that they’re here to claim their title as San Diego’s premier festival for those in the musical know.

One Tribe | Tickets

Advertised as a celebration of differences, One Tribe festival boasts quite the techno and house heavy lineup. The locale of Lake Perris, CA just adds to the allure. With yoga and water activities such as swimming, peddle boats, and paddle boarding soundtracked by some of the finest underground music of the past decade, we can only believe that One Tribe will step the bar up for weekender festivals of similar style. The event planners even decided to share a bundle of free music to help get listeners in the mood. The bundle features sounds from legends and fest-acts such as Gui Boratto, Jamie Jones, Tycho, Carl Craig, Doc Martin, and Damian Lazarus.

The 5-stage party is hosted by B3 and ID&T both of whom are involved in some of the largest events the world over (think: “How Sweet It Is” and “Amsterdam Music Festival”). Both companies were game changers when they stepped onto the scene and here’s to hoping they change it up again with One Tribe.

Leading into the weekend will be The Friday Night Experience hosted by the Desert Hearts crew. The fest runs through Saturday and closes early Sunday. Come prepared with comfortable clothing, water gear, and a good attitude because One Tribe is closing out Summer in style.

Ryn Weaver has been slowly, but steadily, making her way up the ranks in the indie and alternative music foreground. Her adorable social media antics, seething voice, and early-on producer support from the likes of Cashmere Cat & Passion Pit are all pushing her towards well deserved recognition.

The Norwegian boy wonder aptly named LIDO just announced his live show return to North America last week! A bunch of fans in cities across America are distraught he left out their hometown, but he included LA! As artists usually do…is that bragging? I guess that’s what makes southern California so great! And the weather…and the beaches….and the burritos. Ok now I’m bragging, BUT I DON’T MEAN TO! Just come hang out. I’ll show you around.

LIDO’s live show is one of those rare breeds of performance I just absolutely live for.
