Our favorite masked disco-loving Frenchman is back with another couple remixes to get our feet movin’. The first is of Melee Beats‘ “Vector.” Melee had this to say about it:
“Just wanted to get a piece in here on this.. I’m a looooongtime TPR fan, and when I started creating my new live set, I really wanted Vectors to be in there, but it was a little too slow/chill.. So I checked in with TPR to see if he would flip it into a club track, and he said yes. I’ve never had good luck with remixers actually getting good stuff to me, but I about did a backflip the first time I heard this. I’m super grateful for this, it couldn’t be any better. Sorry we held this for so long, but please, get it, play it, love it! TPR deserves it!”
The second is of Worship‘s “Find You,” out now on the Out There EP. Just a stream for now but this song is SICK. Not as glitchy as TPR’s usual stuff; this one’s got more of an electro sound with a disco feel. Still waiting on the man to make a trip out to LA! Gotta get down with the disco live. Shoot him a follow on Twitter.
This one’s a little old but worth a listen if you haven’t gotten the chance. No one tells me about these things anymore! Track from Nero off their upcoming Welcome Reality album. I love the concept to this sucker, “Welcome to second reality. Live the life you’ve always dreamed. Be the person you’ve always wanted to be.” (You don’t need a second life for all that ;)) They mix in more drum ‘n bass than what we’re used to from them lately, but it comes together quite nicely with hints of their dub sound. Welcome Reality is out August 15th.

So Duck Sauce is coming up really fast, and I thought I’d help them out with this post. They need and deserve the recognition. It’s a housy mix of electronic and disco that doesn’t fail to get people dancing. I feel as though whether you like electronic music or not, it’s really easy to get down with these guys. Most people that I’ve showed them to from totally different musical background seem to really enjoy it. I got all of their songs that i could find, plus one of my favorite remixes out there. The weird part is, I’ve only seen remixes of Barbra Streissand and have yet to hear the original. Anyhow, enjoy the Duck Sauce list!
all these tracks are for promotional purposes only and if you want them removed email contactalijafari@gmail.com

I’m sure if we’ve been at the same party recently, I would have found my way to the music source and played a track or two, or maybe even three, from these guys. Duck Sauce is comprised of A-Trak, Kanye’s former DJ and house superstar Armand Van Helden. You may recognize A-Trak’s name from his remix of “Heads Will Roll” that was slamming all DJ sets hard in the past year. And likewise Armand’s name from his colab with Dizzee Rascal on the hit single “Bonkers.” You know ’em. You love ’em.
