I don’t know if it’s this future beats bubble I’ve been living in lately, albeit comfortably, but Montreal’s Kaytranada is swiftly making a huge impact on the scene. After collaborations with Mobb Deep, remixes of Disclosure and Banks, this dude is getting props from all the right people. His dynamic expertise and consistency in hip hop, electronic, and funk really sets him apart from a lot of producers out there. You can fall asleep to it or get mean to it at a show…my favorite!
