As if you hadn’t heard, my favorite producer for the past year and a half has his first E.P. coming out on Dim Mak in less than a week. These are some of the biggest tracks I’ve heard come out of the big room house sound in a really long time, complete with three quality remixes (two only categorized as “big roombahton” from CAD favorite Dillon Francis and personal favorite Torro Torro, and a high energy complextro banger from Botnek). Le Petit Belge & Le Cheval – Jolly Jumper

After coining the genre “Nu Jump Up” and defining what can be considered legitimate moombahton, Dillon Francis is back to his roots with this one. Quality dub coming straight off his Euro tour. I got a test in 4 hours, and I should be sleeping, but I couldn’t hold off on letting you guys get a taste of this. It’s crazy how established Dillon’s gotten in such a short amount of time and how clear the heights he can reach are. Last person I know that’s got this much all around love so quick is Skrillex, and Dillon’s following in his footsteps quicker than I expected. Can’t wait til this is released!

Steve Aoki, Rivers Cuomo – Earthquakey People (Dillon Francis Remix)

This one came out a bit ago, but I didn’t have the chance to grab the final version when it came out. Dillon said this is his favorite remix that he’s done, while I think it’s arguably his best. Definitely worth saving.

It’s no secret we fucks with Dillon Francis around here. He’s transformed a genre from moomboring to moombahdass, taking the low BPM’s and going wild with em. I fucking love people that blaze trails with unique styles and perspectives on music and he’s one of them. (Why make music if it’s gonna be the same shit and blend in with what everyone else is making?). Anywho, he’s well on his way to becoming a household name and here are previews of his two upcoming tracks, one the remix to Digitalism‘s ‘Circles’ and the other an Original Mix, ‘IDGAFOS.’ (I Don’t Give a Fuck or Shit). I personally like giving zero fucks (IG0F) but to each his own. Enjoy and stay tuned for more.

Dillon Francis, the moombahton and dubstep producing machine, refuses to cut down the amount of banging electro tunes he puts out. More often than not they’re free, and this one is no different. If you haven’t boarded the Dillon Francis train yet, this would be a good place to start. Classic moombah beat with a melodic chorus that holds you at zero gravity before the bass hits. Don’t be conservative with your volume on this one.
