I posted about this French comic book hero just over a year ago and wow, what a progression he’s made. Janski Beeeats’ new stuff compared to his old stuff is like comparing a rusty rice rocket to a red gleaming Ferrari; the bite is crispier, the notes are tidier and the overall ride is just plain improved.
Keep in mind these tracks were mastered in a basement, by a teenager, wearing a dinosaur mask.

LeBatman is a 27-year-old Italian producer who gets me. He combines funk, disco and lounge house in a wave of beautiful synthesis; everything I could possibly want and more. My slu days are over, I’ve found my place.
Trying to find my niche, I’ve been a major genre slut these past few months. Moombahtons pretty fun and dubstep always get my limbs flailing but I needed something fresh. Something unique.
Well I found it.

The year is 2980. For the past 20 years, the world has been fighting a deadly pandemic, the BioMud. The Purple Plague, so called because of the dark stains it leaves on its victims, has already infected millions and is gaining new territories. A few hundred have already reached the disease’s final stage and become bloodthirsty monsters; no resemblance to the humans they once were.
Comic book based Electro? Sure why not…
Nintendo inspired bleeps, raunchy bass lines; my neighbors must think I have a Super Mario Bros fetish. Janski brings that French flavor we’ve all learned to love. I don’t know French that well, but the comics actually are pretty tight. You can check them out HERE.
He’s a one man show; Djing, synthesizer, vocoder and guitar
